Vice President - Sales and Operations. Graduated from Delhi University and is a Delhi State Cricket Veteran. Has spent years with All India Radio and Delhi Doordarshan as an accredited sports commentator, interviewing eminent sports celebrities. Before moving into the Renewable Energy Sector, he worked on Projects with Discoms and Electronic Surveillance.
In the year 2011, led a very challenging project of the Indian Consulate in Kandhar (Afghanistan) for providing Electronic Surveillance and seamless Power Supply by installing Batteries' operated Solar System. (Pre Taliban Era).
He has also led the completion of a large number of Electrical Projects with UPPCL & PVVNL, including the Installation of 200 Transformers, 700 feeder pillars, 200 km of dog conductor cables, and 300 km of ABC cabling to prevent thefts. APDRP Electrical Project—2006 to 2008 (Project Value - Rs.72 Cr).
Also worked on laying of underground cable in Pune to connect various 33 KV Substations and HT/LT lines connections to the main stream in the bordering area of Punjab under Rajeev Gandhi Vidut Yojna.
Arun Srievastava is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and Delhi University. He has rich experience of more than 30 years working with Blue Chip Companies at senior management positions. He worked with DCM and the Escorts group, Idea Cellular Ltd, Reliance, Bharti Airtel, and Tata Docomo before joining KG Insolation as its Managing Partner. He takes keen interest in education and is a visiting Guest Faculty to IIM Lucknow, Apeejay, IMT, Jaipuria Institute of Management, amongst many others. He has led IT- Customer Service Business transformation projects on new technologies in Bharti Airtel and Tata Teleservices and takes keen interest in spreading knowledge of benefits of renewable energy to Industrial and residential consumers.
Vijay Kant is an alumnus of CCS University. He is a B.Com and LLB and has more than 16 years working experience in the field of Finance and Accounts and is a seasoned professional. He is associated with Solar business for more than 10 years.
